CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
You can cancel your booking via the form below. Please make sure that the information on your booking form (check your email and spam folder) and cancellation form below match.
CANCELLING YOUR MORNING TRANSFER
Bookings confirmed for the following morning (03:00am-12:00pm) must be cancelled by 22:00 (10:00pm) by the previous night. We don’t accept cancellations for morning transfer’s after 22:00 (10:00pm) and will send you an invoice of the unused transfer’s confirmed price.
CANCELLING YOUR AFTERNOON/EVENING TRANSFER
You must cancel your booking no later than four (4) hours before the booking’s pick up time. If you cancel your booking after that or a “no show” situation occurs we will send you an invoice of the booking’s confirmed price.
